Payment Policies
Payment can be made by Bank Cheque, Wire Transfer or Credit Card. Outside UK we take Bank Wire Transfers only. The customer is responsible for any bank charges.
Deposit Policies
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 10%, or £100 whichever is greater, will hold any guitar for 30 days. Any unclaimed deposit can used as credit PhotographsExtra photos can be supplied upon request for SERIOUS enquiries
Return Policies
Upon receipt if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must notify us within 24 hours and we will refund your money as soon as the merchandise is returned to us in the same condition as when shipped. Customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance and bank charges that may occur.
Shipping Policies
All shipments are fully insured. Customer pays all shipping, insurance and any bank charges, including any returned merchandise. All insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer. HoursWe are open 7 days a week. Mon to Sat 10.00am - 6.00pm Sun 12 to 4.00pm
