The TS-1 Switch is a versatile switching unit that allows a variety of switching arrangements. These include an A/B-Box, Mute-Box, True Bypass-Switch and many more. The unit may be powered from a single 9V battery or a 7-18V DC external power supply. As the switching is a passive process, the unit will also work without power. However, an indication of the status by the LED is not possible in this case.
