Excellent reissue of the classic Gretsch 6122 Country Gentleman Model from 2004, manufactured in Japan in the highly regarded Terada Factory. Resplendent in it's translucent Walnut finish with gold hardware the Gretsch Nashville Classic precisely replicates the world’s most famous ’59 6122. Part of the Gretsch Pro Collection, the model features a fully hollow, single cutaway Maple body. 17" in width and 2.25" deep and a 25.5” scale length. Fingerboard is Ebony with neo-classical thumbprint inlays. Pickup are the excellent TV Jones Super-Tron and Filtertron wired with a 3-Position Toggle switch and Master Tone, Master Volume and individual Volume (Bridge Pickup). Nut width is 44.7mm offering a slightly wider neck with increased string spacing. A Bigsby B6 with wire arm and gold plated Grover Imperial Tuners round out an impressive features list.

The guitar is in excellent original condition, the gloss finish hasn’t dulled and the Gold hardware still has depth and shine. The guitar comes with the original Gretsch case (pictured) and certificate. The case is in good condition but has the odd mark to the Tolex from storage.
