1973 Fender Precision Bass - Natural
Great playing early 70's Fender Precision Bass in factory Natural finish. Unlike many other Fender models that underwent design revisions in the early 70's the Precision Bass remained unchanged other than a few cosmetic alterations. This example is in great overall condition with nice figuring to the ash body. The neck pocket is stamped 'Natural' denoting the body was specifically selected to be natural finish. The neck is in great condition with plenty of life in the original frets. The original pickup sounds nice and healthy with the classic Precision Bass tones you would expect and sounding great with either pick or fingers. Pot codes date to the 29th and 42nd week of 1973.
We've all got a soft spot for the natural finish/white scratchplate combination at Vintage 'n' Rare Guitars and this one is no exception. Weight is 9.6 lbs and the bass comes with a non-original HSC.
